Meaningful Remote Meetings

My original aim of "I want to help my team understand their strengths better" transformed into a journey of personal growth when Maghan said the magic words "you have to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others."  I realized I may indeed need some help myself before helping others on my team.

A few months later, I had not only understood my sources of stress better and (re-)discovered my unique strengths and relevant weaknesses – I had developed a personal leadership vision that I never could have accomplished on my own.
